Mid 20th century cubist figurative study, oil on canvas in a contemporary tray frame. Bought as part of a collection in the South of France. Unsigned but a few of the canvases are stamped verso 'Atelier Marceau Constantin'. There is a musuem in Provence dedicated to Marceau Constantin's (1918 - 2017) work, many of which are very similar in style to these pieces.
Dimensions: H 37 x W 50 x D 4cm inc. frame.
