Harlequin Pair 19th Century French Bistro Shelves

A very chic harlequin pair of late 19th-century French bistro shelves with elegant proportions.

The open shelving units feature decorative arched upper frames and a shallow profile. The pair has undergone sympathetic restoration, including rebuilding a missing cornice on one unit and a plinth base on the other. Having been overpainted numerous times in the past, they have been freshly finished in a antique effect matte black paint.
